Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rbajre ("rbajre", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://rbajre.net, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, account services, and support channels provided therein.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the rbajre platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the rbajre Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless a supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the rbajre platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. rbajre does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager, or access any real-money gaming feature of the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of rbajre is lawful in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity. Accounts must be opened and operated solely by the registered individual.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of rbajre, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the rbajre platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or as a result of a disciplinary action taken by rbajre.

rbajre reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by rbajre may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming features on rbajre, you must create a single registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact telephone number. You agree to promptly update this information should any details change after registration.

One Account Per Player: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on rbajre at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rbajre login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-step verification codes with any third party under any circumstances. rbajre will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or live chat. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

KYC Verification: rbajre operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Government-issued photo identification (national NID card, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet, or bank statement showing account holder name)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document, if requested by the compliance team

Withdrawals above ৳10,000 (BDT ten thousand) may require full KYC completion before processing. rbajre reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until satisfactory verification has been completed. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the rbajre Privacy Policy.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on rbajre are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rbajre does not charge players a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which rbajre accepts no responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Deposit Conditions: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. rbajre does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to you may be reversed and your rbajre account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. rbajre reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals requested during peak periods or outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may experience additional processing time.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Current minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the rbajre cashier interface and are subject to change. Players are responsible for checking current limits at the point of transaction.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

rbajre offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published on the Bonus page.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, all bonus funds awarded by rbajre are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms. Players must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) by the stated multiplier using real-money stakes on eligible games before a withdrawal request will be approved for bonus-derived funds.

Bonus Validity Period: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonuses not claimed within their availability window and wagering requirements not completed within the validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically without notice.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying a bonus wagering requirement. Standard contribution rates are as follows, unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Slots (non-excluded): 100% contribution per ৳1 wagered
• Crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX): 50% contribution
• Live casino table games (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat): 10% contribution
• Sports betting markets: 20% contribution on settled bets with minimum odds of 1.50
• Excluded games: 0% contribution — specific titles may be excluded from bonus play; these are listed in each promotion's terms

Bonus Abuse: rbajre employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash with minimal risk, staking patterns that exploit specific game mechanics to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting. Where bonus abuse is detected, rbajre reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, close the account, and retain the deposit amount where permitted by applicable policy.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the rbajre platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rbajre platform:

• Registering more than one account on the rbajre platform, whether under your own name or any other identity
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the platform while under the age of 18
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players
• Using software robots, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in ways not sanctioned by rbajre
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in games or the platform infrastructure to generate winnings; any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture
• Attempting to launder funds through deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity of any kind
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rbajre staff, support agents, or other users of the platform
• Posting or transmitting any unlawful, offensive, or defamatory content through any communication channel provided by rbajre
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the rbajre platform, its databases, or associated infrastructure

rbajre reserves the right to investigate any account or activity that appears to violate these obligations. Where a breach is confirmed or reasonably suspected, rbajre may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, recovery of any bonus funds or associated winnings, and referral of relevant information to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rbajre platform — including but not limited to the rbajre brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, icons, promotional materials, written content, game interfaces (where developed by rbajre), and software — is the intellectual property of rbajre or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rbajre platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include:

• The right to reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any part of the rbajre platform or its content
• The right to create derivative works based on any rbajre content
• The right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the platform
• The right to use the rbajre brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional context without prior written authorisation from rbajre
• The right to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the rbajre platform using automated tools

Game content on the rbajre platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective developers and licensors. rbajre's licence to operate those games does not transfer any game IP rights to players.

Any unauthorised use of rbajre intellectual property or the intellectual property of rbajre's content partners will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action under applicable intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbajre and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the rbajre platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions
• Loss of data, account information, or game history due to technical failure or security breach
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, regulatory action, or force majeure events
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted on the platform
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security

Game Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game or system malfunction during active play — including server errors, disconnections, or incorrect game-state rendering — rbajre reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered stake to the player's account. No liability will attach to rbajre for any perceived winnings that would have been generated from a malfunctioning round.

Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the rbajre platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. rbajre operates as a safe and reliable platform providing entertainment services. Players are responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their own jurisdiction and for compliance with any applicable local regulations.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the rbajre Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and rbajre with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
